At Amerigroup Georgia, we are deeply committed to improving health outcomes, removing barriers to make health more equitable and accessible, and connecting people to the care, support, and resources they need to lead healthy lives. We collaborate with community organizations throughout the state to help people become active participants in their health care. We are passionate about making health care simpler for Georgians, and have spent more than 16 years building strong relationships with providers, advocates and organizations dedicated to addressing health disparities and improving outcomes.
